The hospital is purchasing property to grow their Long-Term Care service line. This department is growing, with 4 psychiatrists, 14 licensed clinicians, and an expanded inpatient unit. This position reports to the Behavioral Health Services Executive Director. Partner with a very visionary, supportive Executive Director. Benefits: Competitive compensation ($55-85k), relocation assistance and excellent benefits offered. This position may qualify for temporary housing. Location: Gillette is the home of Devils Tower National Monument: featured in 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind' and Big Horn National Forest. Gillette offers lots of outdoor activities including camping, backpacking, and hiking. The economy in this area is thriving. Take a weekend grip to Yellowstone National Park. Requirements: RN required, BSN preferred. 2+ years of experience in psychiatric nursing, leadership in this field preferred. Medical/Surgical experience a plus. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor of Behavioral Health oversees the med clinic and the inpatient and outpatient units. A total of 25,000 services were offered last year.
