This locums opportunity will cover the outpatient medical clinic and rotate coverage of the secure psych unit for approximately 6-12 weeks. The psychiatrist will be on call 1-2 times monthly. Although the position is mainly outpatient, there is a small inpatient unit. Notes can be handwritten or electronic. The psychiatrist will be given forty five minutes for new evaluations and 15 minutes for follow ups. On the inpatient side an evaluation needs to be done within 6 hours of admission. Credentialing can be completed in a matter of days if the psychiatrist has a Wyoming license.
