You will have full responsibility for the clinical management of a 30+ bed, inpatient menta health unit, and a team of experienced nurses. You will need ot be an experienced leader of people with 5+ years of inpatient mental health nursing.
You will collaborate with other Patient Care directors to ensure best practices and continued patient care excellence.
