DUTIES:
This position is a staff psychiatrists whose responsibilities include conducting mental health clinics and managing patient care within those clinical areas. Provides consultative services within the facility, including in-patient, outpatient, extended care unit and community based outpatient clinics. This position serves as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. This position does require off-hours on-call coverage on a rotational basis along with back-up call for other clinicians from the Mental Health Service Line.
The Human Resources will cull applicants from this vacancy on request from Mental Health Service Line based upon need. When this occurs, a note will be placed in this vacancy establishing cut-off dates for lists of eligible candidates to be generated.
