Join a dynamic team of four psychiatrists and skilled therapists at Level II Trauma hospital in Cheyenne, Wyomin! g. Located just 45 minutes from Fort Collins, Colorado and 90 minutes from Denver, this location is ideal for all outdoor activities. Low cost of living, Wyoming has no personal income tax and very low crime rate.
Cheyenne Regional is an affiliated teaching site for WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Idaho) medical students and the University of Wyoming Family Practice program.
Position details:
16 bed adult psychiatry unit-free standing facility
Caseload up to 16 patients per day in out patient clinic. Caseload will be age group 4-18 years, half hour for follow up and 1 hour for new patient appointments
Must be comfortable participating in telehealth program
Flexible work hours, can do four 10 hour days
On call: 1:5 nights per weekday via phone and 1:5 weekend rotation
24/7 crisis intervention team is on site for on call
Weekend and holiday compensated separately
! Inpatient and outpatient work
Good benefit package i! ncludes student loan repayment, 5 weeks vacation plus one week CME, relocation and sign on bonus

Candidates should be board eligible/certified and have finished a psychiatry residency plus child and adolescent fellowship
