In order to address patients’ needs, the speech/language pathologist develops individualized plans that take into account the patient’s needs, progress, and eventual discharge plans. They may also work in a number of specialties, including: Acute Home health Long-term care Outpatient Pediatric Psychiatry Rehabilitation SchoolRequired QualificationsAcute Care Hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team in their Acute Care Unit.
