Psychiatrist - (Psych) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 09/03/2013Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
2 Board ! Certified Locum Tenen Psychiatrists to provide coverage for 6 months each with the option to extend for 6 additional months. Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm and extended hours when Psychiatrist is on call such as evenings & weekends. When on call Psychiatrist will conduct rounds on acute psychiatric inpatient & sub-acute unit as well as any consults on the medical unit. Work will be performed on the acute Psychiatric in patient, sub-acute psychiatric inpatient unit, outpatient, telehealth and on call. Any State License. Provide ongoing mental health care to assigned outpatients & inpatients. Carry out health promotion and disease prevention activities. Must have Basic Cardiac Life Support. Must have computer skills site uses computerized medical records system.
