Speech & Language Pathologist - Acute - (SLP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D! Pay Rate: $39.00-41.50 *
Acute Care hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Speech Language Pathologist to join the team in their hospital. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Speech/language pathologists work with patients who are suffering from, or are prone to, disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. In order to address patients’ needs, the speech/language pathologist develops individualized plans that take into account the patient’s needs, progress, and eventual discharge plans. They may also work in a number of specialties, including:
Acute
Home health
Long-term care
Outpatient
Pediatric
Psychiatry
Rehabilitation
School
Required Qualifications
- SLP licensed in WY
- Hospital-mix experience
- Acute rehab experience would be great but not req! uired
