ROLE SUMMARY

Coordinate and supervise clinical services within their area of assignment. Ensure appropriate clinical outcomes are established and monitored. Coordinate with Senior Leadership and Clinic Directors to develop strategic goals, identify services gaps, and deliver excellent client care.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation of services in accordance with agency plans for service and policies and procedures.
  • Ensures quality of program services through implementation of CQI activities.
  • Conducts ongoing informal assessment of community needs and develops needed programs.
  • Represents agency within county assigned with individuals, groups, private and governmental agencies and funding sources.
  • Advises Clinic Director regarding community needs, recommends changes/expansion in programs. Participates in development of agency plans for services. Advocates for adequacy of service.
  • Assist Clinic Director in preparation of program budget. Monitors income and expenditures to ensure operation within county budget.
  • Coordinates personnel resource activities at local level, including employment of staff, regular staff supervision, and probationary and yearly evaluations.
  • Coordinates with Senior Leadership and Clinic directors to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Participates in clinical service program, as described in Staff Therapist job description.
  • Develops and maintains a system of care that is responsive and accountable to the needs of the community.
  • Assumes other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Clinic Director/Chief Clinical Officer

Requirements:

Licensed in Wyoming as

  • LPC
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • PsyD

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates an independent work initiative, sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient with standard office equipment
  • Accept and actively participate in clinical supervision
  • Effectively partner with the clinical team members, support staff, the County Attorney's Office, Court Commissioner's clients counsel and the community as appropriate
