We are a leading company in the logistics industry, and we are currently in the process of building a new hub in Hungary to ensure compliance with regulations. Surprisingly, for this particular role within the compliance team, we do not necessarily require extensive compliance experience. Instead, we are seeking candidates who can bring an innovative approach to support us in automation and process improvement, particularly in the digital realm.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Driving innovation, process improvement, and digital transformation of compliance processes.
- Ensuring smooth flow of compliance data and reporting.
- Leading a team consisting of an expert in SharePoint and an expert in Power BI, with the potential for future team growth.
- Focusing on automation and process improvement in the compliance area.
- Collecting, manipulating, and analyzing data from various sources to generate insights that align with the business strategy, objectives, and policies.
- Utilizing a deep understanding of business needs, analytics techniques, and effective dashboard design to create tangible business value.
- Coordinating global and regional ad hoc requests and providing appropriate solutions.
- Designing and developing high-quality data models, analyses, and dashboards to inform business decisions, support process reviews, and drive actionable insights.
- Presenting insights to senior management through weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards and reports.
- Maintaining and updating the SharePoint site for different compliance processes.
- Identifying and solving complex problems and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Demonstrated skills in automation and process improvement.
- Understanding of SharePoint and dashboard tools.
- Basic understanding of compliance.
- Experience in project management and leading teams.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven multinational environment.
