Main Purpose: The IT Business Intelligence Analyst collaborate and analyze business processes and requirements, develop and manage the BI solutions to solve them. Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design user manuals, also identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions to support sustainability and growth.
Knowledge & Skills
- Database tools: Knowledge with data is a key part of the role, manage data using common data tools such as Excel and SQL language. Familiarity with data analysis tools that offer BI solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience modeling data warehouse
- Data visualization: Knowledge of services in Power BI or Tableau, Data Cubes in Analysis Services and Reporting
- Services (Microsoft Technologies)
- Numerate, analytical, high attention to detail, able to prioritize.
- Knowledge about Phyton, AWS or Azure is nice to have.
- Knowledge about Power Apps (nice to have)
- Fluent English
