About You:

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. You are passionate about connecting with people, building relationships, and generating qualified leads on LinkedIn. With a strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to communicate effectively, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive LinkedIn lead generation strategy aligned with our target market.

Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers within small e-commerce and digital marketing agencies through personalized outreach.

Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments for the CEO to present our services.

Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the management team to align LinkedIn outreach efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

Top Goals:

Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads on LinkedIn for the CEO to convert into clients.

Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, establishing Hire Like a Pro as a trusted recruitment partner.

Increase brand visibility and awareness through engaging LinkedIn content and interactions.

Achieve monthly targets for the number of scheduled appointments and conversions.

Continuously optimize LinkedIn outreach strategies based on data and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or digital marketing, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and best practices for lead generation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
