Quality Engineer [Poland]

Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring the quality control of the company's products
  • Deciding what metrics will be inspected and in what manner, applying tools and methods to identify improper quality control practices, inspecting quality systems for deficiencies
  • Collaborating with design and manufacturing engineers to assess the critical product characteristics to be controlled
  • Identifying the defects and working on eliminating them using a variety of techniques including, but not limited to Six Sigma, quality by design, quality by control, and quality assurance
  • Working on implementing improvements to enhance quality systems and developing training to improve awareness of quality control issues
  • Inspecting products to make sure that they are compliant with the technical and regulatory specifications
  • Analyzing defects and taking action to address client complaints
  • Developing different standards and methods for testing, measuring, and analyzing the products
  • Having responsibility for the company’s quality documentation
  • Creating quality manuals and procedures and preparing quality assurance reports


Requirements :

  • Higher technical education preferred: Electronics, Mechanics, Production Management, Mechatronics and Robotics
  • Experience in a similar position in a production plant (preferred in electronics devices industry)
  • Experience in process changes in the area non-mass production
  • Knowledge and ability to use methods of problem solving in practice
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills
  • Independence, very good organization of work, proactivity
  • Very good English skills (min.B2)
