We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trainee.
Business: Markets Sec Services IT
Principal responsibilities

• Rewrite an existing business tool using Python.
• Develop new features and enhancements to the tool as per the requirements.
• Work with the team to test and debug the application.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Document the work done and update the project documentation.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries.
• Familiarity with programming principles.
• Knowledge of VB will be considered a plus.
• Previous experience with version control systems such as Git, as well as Agile methodologies, will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving, demonstrating a self-driven attitude towards work.
• Strong desire to learn and ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
