2. Responsible for the output of industry talent analysis reports, provide professional advice, and help recruitment decisions
3. Precipitate research output and methodology, output excellent cases, build professional methodology, and form a knowledge system for talent market research
4. Participate in and complete relevant project work, provide support services for key cross-teams and cross-projects, and coordinate the implementation of projects
Qualifications
1. Have 3 years or more working experience in recruitment, manpower analysis, human resource management, etc.
2. Understand the talent market and have certain project management experience And keen insight into the talent market
3. Structural thinking, good communication skills and analysis and judgment ability
4. Good execution drive, willing to push things to the ground
