WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking to hire an experienced Inbound Sales Rep to join our sales team with experience selling at a Digital Marketing agency to ecommerce and small businesses generating $500K-$5M in annual sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- As a Inbound Sales Rep, you will consult potential clients to understand their needs and DOE Media value proposition
- Answer inbound inquieries via email, FB/IG message, web forms with prompt replies
- Qualify inbound leads for our Account Executive team who will help facilitate client closes
- Ruthelessly stay ontop of all inbound clients interested in our services
- Organize inbound leads and ensure all sales team and onboarding team members have everything they need seemlessly
- Creatively test replies to get the best outcome to book a sales call
- Get on inbound sales calls to get access to platform accounts, audit opportunties, and qualify opportunties
- Sell DOE Media Services such as Facebook, Google, YouTube and TikTok advertising along with SEO, Web development, Web design and Email marketing services
- Provide consistent product value to all of your clients
- Manage client relationships across their entire lifecycle
- Identify client needs and position DOE Media in a way that sets the relationship and project up for success
- Investigate the customer’s long-term business objectives and anticipate future needs
- Identify opportunities to expand into additional functional orgs or business units
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2+ Years experience in digital media sales
- Ability to close accounts with values ranging from $24k - $100K ARR
- You are competitive and have a track record of over-achieving quota
- Intellectual curiosity - you love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning your client's needs
- Experience selling to ecommerce brands is highly desired
- Articulate - you have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively
- Passionate - you are excited about technology, online commerce, advertising, marketing, software, and how it helps businesses succeed
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
