REQUIREMENTS:
1. Active/unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
2. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
3. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
4. Must be Board Certified in Psychiatric Medicine.
