Job Description
Peak Team Training Coordinator
Position Level:

Experience:
Preparation of educational presentations and training curriculums.
Role Summary:
Do you have a strong desire to be a part of a team that inspires our communities and teams to become their best selves? Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, and working closely with the Chief Clinical Officer, coordinate, develop and schedule training for all four counties.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop training programs, educational aids, and materials
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)
- Market available training opportunities to employees, providers, community partners, etc.
- Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Use accept able education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
- Access instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on provider skills and how it affects provider performance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and communicate instructional design.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Help aid in employee retention efforts and satisfaction surveys.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel locally and regionally
- Ability to present in front of an audience with ease and competently
